of the Ventilation Measuring Devices

Welcome to the website of Laboratory for Calibration of the Ventilation Measuring Devices , which is an integral part of the Strata Mechanics Research Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Cracow.

For over 20 years, our laboratory has been offering high-quality, accredited calibrations in the areas of flow velocity and pressure. In 2022, we expanded our accredited services to determination of pitot tube coefficient.

Our distinguishing features include:

• the lowest value of measurement uncertainty (CMC) in the calibration of anemometers and determination of pitot tube coefficient compared to other Polish calibration laboratories,
• the capability of accredited calibration of differential pressure gauges in both positive (+) and negative (-) pressure ranges,
• fast order processing time.
